Mrs. Santhoshi Inani: From a Small Parlour to Training 800 Students in Hyderabad

Meet Santhoshi Inani of Shree Divya Beauty Parlour in Hyderabad and learn how she built her beauty career and trained around 800 Students.

Mrs. Santhoshi Inani, owner of Shree Divya Beauty Parlour and Training Institute in Hyderabad, has built her work step by step. Her story began when she was 16 years old and went to Pune with her aunt during a holiday. What started as a parlor course later became a skill that helped her earn, support her family, run her own beauty parlour, and train many learners.

Learning a Skill at a Young Age

Santhoshi was born in Hyderabad and grew up in a middle-class family. She is the youngest daughter in a large family with four sisters and four brothers. At the age of 16, she learned a parlor course in Pune. At that time, she did not know where the skill would take her.

After marriage, life became harder. She faced family problems and had to manage many duties at home. After her daughter was born, she returned to the beauty field and started working in a parlour using the training she had received before marriage.

Working Many Jobs to Support Her Family

Santhoshi did more than one job because she needed extra income while raising her daughter. Along with her parlour job, she took mehendi, craft, and tailoring classes in the early morning. At night, she stitched blouses.

She also worked as a craft teacher in a school during afternoon hours. For some time, she worked at a ration shop and later as a receptionist at a physiotherapy centre. These jobs were part of the practical struggle of building a stable life.

Her working life was shaped by small steps rather than one big change. A few hours of teaching, a few hours at a job, and late-night stitching helped her manage expenses while caring for her family. She kept using the skills she already had and added new work when she found an opportunity. Over time, the parlour became a place where customers came for beauty services and learners came to gain practical skills. This mix of service and training became a regular part of her work and remains connected to the way she runs her business today.

Starting Her Own Beauty Parlour

In 2000, Santhoshi opened her first own parlour. From there, her work slowly grew. She ran the parlour and also offered tailoring, mehendi, and beautician classes. Managing the business, looking after her daughter, and teaching students took effort.

Her journey also included difficult family losses. Through these years, she continued to work and build her skills.

Keeping Up With New Beauty Treatments

Santhoshi says she learned her beauty skills in 1995 and continued to update herself over the years. Even in 2026, she keeps learning about new beauty treatments and changing needs in the beauty industry.

This has helped her work with people from the new generation as well. She says many younger clients are happy to work with her and appreciate her services.

Training More Than 800 Students

Teaching has become a part of Santhoshi’s journey. She has trained around 800 learners in beautician work, tailoring, mehendi, and craft. Some of her students have gone on to start their own parlours, while others have taken jobs after learning these skills.

For Santhoshi, seeing former students move ahead brings personal happiness. She feels that the years of struggle become easier to remember when she sees people who learned from her doing well in their own lives.

A Proud Mother and Business Owner

One of Santhoshi’s proudest achievements is her daughter’s education. Her daughter completed her degree and later started working. She is now completing an MBA in London. Santhoshi says this is the biggest achievement of her life.

Today, she continues to run her own beauty parlour and training work in Hyderabad. Her business journey has also received recognition, including the Telangana Global Elite Business Award 2026 in the category of Excellence in Beauty Service and Training.

Her message from years of experience is: life brings struggles, but a person has to keep getting up and moving forward. For Santhoshi Inani, work, learning, and teaching have remained part of that journey.
